A small, dated bathroom and separate shower room have been transformed into a bright and practical family bathroom, combining traditional elements such as the claw foot bath and brick pattern tiling with a sleek modern shower and twin heated towel ladders. A feeling of spaciousness has been created through clever choice of products, layout and materials.
The original separate shower entry from the hallway has been closed off and a new opening created to include a large tiled shower in the bathroom. This change to the layout, coupled with the claw-foot bath and twin wall-hung basins have contributed to that feeling of space. A bright wall colour coupled with gloss white wall tiles gives a light and fresh look which is complemented by the contrast of chocolate coloured floor tiles, dark timber shelves and matching timber dado.
